How much does a construction estimate cost?
A flat $129 for projects up to $150K, $249 for $150K to $750K, and $449 for $750K to $2M. Rush is $149 more, and projects over $2M get a custom quote by email before you pay anything.
How long does it take?
Within 3 business days after we confirm your files, or 24 hours with rush. We aim to confirm files within one business day of payment, and if we email you a question, the clock pauses until you reply.
What files should I send?
Upload drawings, specs and photos (up to 5 files, 25 MB each, 40 MB total), or paste a share link to the full plan set. If the set has gaps, we email you questions.
Is the estimate a bid or a guaranteed price?
No. It's our professional opinion of probable cost based on the documents you send, not a bid, a fixed-price quote or a guarantee of final cost.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, if you cancel before we confirm your files, or if we can't estimate from what you sent and you can't provide what's missing. Once takeoff has started, the estimate fee is non-refundable, and we use your revisions to make it right.
Do you use my plans to train your models?
No. Your plans and project details are used only for your estimate, and we don't share them with other customers or publish them.
