Alternates and changes
Pricing an alternate, updating quantities or adjusting an assumption on the same project counts as a revision. Builder includes three revisions. General Contractor includes unlimited reasonable revisions within 30 days of delivery. A new drawing set or a substantially changed scope is a new estimate.
Incomplete bid sets
Bid sets often arrive with gaps. When they do, the estimator emails you questions, and the estimate lists the assumptions it's based on. If we can't estimate from what you sent and you can't get what's missing, you get a full refund.
Price and turnaround
One flat fee from $129, set by project value. Over $2M, we email a custom quote before you pay. Standard delivery is within 3 business days after we confirm your files, which we aim to do within one business day of payment. Rush is within 24 hours for a flat $149.
